St. James and St. John United Church is hosting a celebration in honour of Rev. Ron Feltmate’s 50th year of Ordination as a United Church minister (storm date Sunday, March 14) at the Newcastle Lion’s Club. Meet and greet will be at 5:30 p.m., dinner served at 6:00 p.m. Tickets will be PRE-SOLD only, at $20.00 per person and available at the church office or Books Inn. Tickets must be purchased by March 10. Menu: stuffed chicken breast, baked potato, vegetables and apple crisp, tea or coffee.

From 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. in the Napan Community Hall the Centre Napan Women's Institute will hold a pot luck supper with all food provided by the W.I at a cost of $8.00, everyone welcome!

Do you like drama? How about an evening of comedy? And who doesn’t love desserts. Ever been to your 38th year high school reunion? Chances are you’ve never been to one like this before. Join us for a dessert theatre titled “Rock Your Blues Away – Cranston High’s 38th Year Class reunion”. Drop in at the church center and say hi to classmates you never knew. Don’t miss out – only three performances, March 19th, 20th and 21st – doors open at 6:30. Tickets are only $10.00 and may be purchased at the church office or Books Inn. Come experience this unique class reunion for yourself and sway to sounds of the 60’s and 70’s. We promise you won’t be sorry you did.

Saturday, March 20

Communionity breakfast from 8:00 a.m. till 11:00 a.m. at St. Andrew's United Church, 188 Wellington Street, Miramichi. Cost of the breakfast is $6.00 per person. The menu will consist of the following: Ham, Eggs, Hash Browns, Toast, Tea/Coffee and Juice. Proceeds towards local church expenses. We hope you can come and enjoy the fellowship.

UCW Women’s Annual Presbyterial will be at St. Andrew’s United Church, Chatham. Registration and book display 9:30 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.; 10:00 a.m. opening worship. Theme ‘Power of Vision’, guest speaker Kathryn McIntosh. If planning to attend please call Gwen Baisley before April 6.
