Welcome to the St. James and St. John United Church website. Our church and Maple Glen United Church form the Newcastle Pastoral Charge.
Our weekly services are attended by a congregation drawn from nearly three hundred families, and our guests and friends. We also have a large and active Sunday School.
Located in Miramichi, New Brunswick, the church was built following the Great Miramichi Fire of 1825. The church and grounds were designated as a provincial historic site in 2004. Read more about our church history.

We are looking for a person(s) willing to facilitate Vacation Bible School this summer. In addition, we need support in all areas such as, leaders of individual groups, bible story, crafts, snacks, music, and games and people to assist leaders in these areas. Please call the church office if you are able to contribute in any way.
